System Administration Training Workshops
We offer custom workshops covering the day to day administration of IPT and Unified Communications systems. These workshops generally run on the customer site and depending on the depth of training required, can use onsite equipment or we can provide our mobile equipment.
Workshops usually vary between 1 and 5 days covering topics from the following:
- Cisco Communications Manager
- Cisco Unified Presence
- Cisco MeetingPlace (Enterprise or Express)
- Cisco Unity/Unity Connection
- Cisco UCCX/E (Express and Enterprise)
- IPFX
Providing hands-on workshop training will ensure that administrators are confident in using the system and by giving them time to work through the features available, will also help to get the most from your system. |
