What We Do
We have over 10 years experience in training users on IP Handsets and Unified Communications Applications. Our trainers, in addition to possessing excellent technical knowledge have a supportive and enthusiastic approach to training. Through their involvement in different installations over the past 10 years they have acquired a great deal of experience and practical knowledge. The trainers often act as an intermediary between user and engineer. This releases valuable engineering resources and provides a better service. Our instructors have experience of manipulating functionality and are familiar with the ‘tips and tricks’ of the technology.
Unified Communications has allowed organisations to obtain more from their converged network, enabling more efficient communications whether based in the office or remote working. These applications have a greater need for training – without which users will rarely make the most of the new technology. For UC to be successful users must be excited and positive about using the system. By providing adequate ‘Hands On’ training to users will ensure they see and understand the benefits they will receive from the new system.
